About the job
Your responsibilities include:
Implementation of the social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
Independent content creation, planning and publishing
Active community management, including responding to enquiries, comments and messages across all relevant platforms
Planning, coordination and management of influencer and content creator collaborations in line with the brand and communication strategy
Support in the coordination and implementation of PR activities in cooperation with international and national media agencies
Contribution to the conception and execution of marketing and communication initiatives for Rooms, F&B, Spa and Club GreenGo
Planning, coordination and supervision of internal and external photo and video shoots
Monitoring social media performance, including analysis and reporting on reach, engagement and community growth

Qualifications
Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality/gastronomy or tourism and marketing
Confident handling of digital media and modern marketing tools
Proven practical experience in creating and evaluating high-quality social media content, with consideration of brand identity and target audiences
High level of creativity, strong sense of ideas and good visual/graphic understanding
Experience with content management systems (such as Meta Business Suite), InDesign and video editing software, as well as common MS Office programs, is an advantage
Independent, reliable and hands-on working style with strong initiative
Team-oriented personality with excellent social and communication skills
Passion and enthusiasm for luxury hospitality
Very good spoken and written German and English; French is an advantage
Languages
German, French, and English.
