About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. This role is a
Full-time, Non-exempt role
and will play a key part in organizing and executing a variety of marketing initiatives while supporting cross-functional collaboration with dealers, KOLs, sales, and CE program leads. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and multitasker with excellent project management skills and a passion for driving brand presence and marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities General Marketing Support
Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Assist in tracking and reporting marketing budget vs. actual monthly performance.
Help manage digital asset management systems and content organization.
Support email marketing campaigns including internal sales rep communications.
Coordinate social media activities and content scheduling in collaboration with the team.
Organize and maintain ad assets, product imagery, and media tracking files.
Manage communication with dealer reps and confirm up-to-date marketing and procurement contacts in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Confirm ACTEON product representation in dealer catalogs and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate marketing asset distribution and promotions with dealer partners.
Event & Trade Show Coordination
Support trade show logistics, planning, and booth coordination.
Support CE course management including product ordering, asset preparation, and follow-up communications.
Map CE event workflows and standardize procedures.
Manage trade show lead follow-up and tracking.
CRM & Data Management
Organize and segment customer database by product and territory rep (by ZIP code).
Support Salesforce and HubSpot data integrity through contact list updates and imports.
Enrich the KOL tracker with updated bios, headshots, social handles, and affiliations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role (healthcare or dental industry preferred).
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and workflows.
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, and digital marketing platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Willing to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Foleon or similar content experience platforms.
Prior trade show or event planning experience.
Graphic design or social media content creation experience.
