Deliverables
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to SaaS and creator audiences
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional platforms
Manage and grow online communities, fostering engagement and brand loyalty
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
Collaborate with leadership to align social media initiatives with overall brand goals
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and campaign direction
Oversee social media campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for SaaS or technology brands, with a track record of growing accounts to 100K+ followers
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for audience growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience managing large online communities and driving engagement
Familiarity with the needs and interests of creators, developers, and digital artists
Availability for a full‑time, contract‑based remote position
