About the role: We’re looking for a full-time B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our digital acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Scale top-of-funnel lead generation and drive qualified booked meetings.

Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Coordinate and delegate creative needs (landing pages, ad assets, copywriting) to internal or external resources.

Maintain clear reporting and communicate insights and roadmap recommendations.

Potential future expansion into SEO, content growth, and broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements

5–7 years of B2B growth marketing experience (industry-agnostic).

Proven success managing and scaling Google and LinkedIn advertising.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.

Ability to oversee creative production and ensure assets align with performance goals.

Experience driving measurable top-of-funnel results.
