As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech environment, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and respond to situations as needed. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving during your assigned patrols.

**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients at technology and media locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Work closely with site personnel to address concerns related to security-related procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client representative.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
