Position will float to multiple properties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Financial Management

Responsible for posting all payments and income received from all applicants, current residents, and non‑current residents accurately, timely, and efficiently.

Process and reconcile daily all account receivables.

Monitor and follow up on bad debt, including preparation of late notices, resident and guarantor contact, and filing evictions.

Help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.

Post all charges to resident and non‑current resident accounts, including bill‑back of utilities where applicable.

Perform end‑of‑month closing procedures and reporting.

Maintain accurate and organized records; audit resident files to ensure accuracy.

Walk units and post all move‑out charges, statements, and security deposit refunds.

Personnel Management

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.

Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff using consistent techniques and company directives.

Ensure staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.

Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership.

Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures.

Strategic leasing management: ensure effective leasing techniques, closure, filing and reporting.

Implement marketing strategies and systems outlined by the annual marketing plan.

Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Develop and implement resident retention programs.

Effectively show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents.

Administrative Management

Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness of maintenance staff.

Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis.

Assist with supervision of all business functions related to operations.

Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic computer skills required; ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions.

Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, communicate with others, repeat wrist and hand motions, assess accuracy and neatness of work.

Frequently required to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.

Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and similar environments; may need to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Operate machinery or power tools, motor vehicles, potentially work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies), and in various environments including tight spaces and extreme temperatures.

Compensation and Benefits At Asset Living, compensation is determined by skill set, background, training, certifications, and other factors. The offer is dependent on the individual's relevant experience. The comprehensive total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance; 401(k) with employer matching; commission and performance bonuses (when applicable). Full‑time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays.

Salary Range $28 per hour to $32 per hour
