Business Development Coordinator / Marketing Support
Singer Wealth is seeking a Business Development Coordinator and Marketing Administrative assistant to support our marketing department, client engagement, and growth initiatives. This role will focus on social media and digital marketing efforts, assist with client events, and support a high‑touch, relationship‑driven client experience.
This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys marketing execution, event support, and contributing to a polished, concierge‑level brand experience within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including select email campaigns and online promotions
Responsible for social media coordination, scheduling, and engagement tracking
Assist with planning and execution of client events
Responsible for maintaining and ordering marketing material
Coordinate print marketing materials such as invitations, signage, and approved collateral
Attend 2–3 client events or financial seminars per month (occasional evenings)
Backup to Front Desk Reception – answering incoming calls and assisting the Director of First Impressions as needed
Track marketing and event activity using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Excel‑based reports
Support administrative and marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, events, or administrative support
Experience or strong interest in financial services preferred
Experience in social media / digital marketing preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
Professional, polished communication style
