TV Warranty Specialist–St. Louis/Chesterfield
About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven, solutions-focused teammate to join our Operations Department as a TV Warranty Specialist.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything related to TV returns, vendor credits, and warranty claims. You’ll manage relationships with top manufacturers, oversee repair coordination, and ensure our branches and customers receive fast, accurate resolutions.

What You’ll Do
Manage and process all TV product returns through Airtable and internal systems, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
Submit and track vendor return authorizations (RMAs) with manufacturers like Samsung, Sony, LG, TCL, Furrion, and Peerless AV.
Issue credits and rebills to customer accounts based on vendor policy and warranty eligibility.
Coordinate and monitor customer TV repairs — handling communication, shipping logistics, and documentation.
Support all branch locations with repair coordination and defective warehouse processes.
Maintain accurate records of defective and return-to-vendor (RTV) inventory; conduct regular audits for accuracy.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Keep vendor documentation current, including policies, contact lists, and case tracking.
Prepare quarterly reports for TV NRA (No Return Authorization) programs.
Provide general support to the Warranty Department and Operations leadership as needed.
What You Bring
Experience in warranty, returns, or product support—ideally within consumer electronics or TV categories.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills; you love details and deadlines.
Solid communication skills with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Familiarity with Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory tracking systems.
Knowledge of RMA processes, serial number tracking, and return-to-vendor procedures.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple cases at once.
This position operates in both office and warehouse settings.
Occasional lifting or movement of TVs or packaging materials may be required.
You’ll work closely with our branches, operations teams, and vendors to ensure a smooth, efficient, and accurate warranty process that reflects the PMC standard.
