What You’ll Do
Coach strategists to design and lead change strategies for high‑risk, complex initiatives impacting the field.
Manage team resources, budgets, and oversee intake and prioritization of work.
Partner with leadership to tailor plans to the field while aligning with enterprise strategy.
Ensure messaging reflects enterprise priorities and adapts effectively across audiences.
Provide strategic consultation to influence leaders on change and risk mitigation.
Collaborate across leadership teams to address risks, issues and opportunities affecting the field.
Drive adoption of best practices to strengthen Change & Communications impact.
Oversee daily team operations for efficiency and consistency.
Knowledge & Skills
Extensive expertise in change management, communication and strategic consulting.
Ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments and manage conflicting priorities.
Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills at all levels, including executive.
Proficiency in organizational change frameworks, communication methodologies and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Education & Experience
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; 8–10+ years in change management, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience; 6+ years leading or coaching others.
Preferred: Advanced degree; experience in large, complex organizations delivering strategic outcomes.
Familiarity with the financial services industry or a similarly regulated, complex environment is highly desirable.

Strategic thinking and execution.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making within broad guidelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Ability to create business plans and contribute to sub‑function/divisional strategy.
Location & Work Arrangement Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
Current home‑based associates: Even as a hybrid posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, may retain your home‑based status. However future business or regulatory needs may require on‑site work and some roles may carry a preference for hybrid presence.
