We are actively seeking a top-tier

Senior Paid Social Media Manager

with an established, quantifiable track record of owning and scaling

large-budget paid social campaigns

specifically engineered for

high-volume lead generation

and direct business impact. This is a critical, hands‑on role where you will be the sole driver of our lead acquisition performance across key platforms, most notably Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging channels.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to transform complex performance data into aggressive, high‑ROI growth strategies. The ideal candidate blends exceptional platform expertise with rigorous data analysis and a keen focus on the creative elements that drive lower‑funnel conversions.

Experience managing enterprise‑level budgets with a primary goal of lead generation is the core requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, own, and execute the end‑to‑end strategy for large‑scale, high‑spend paid social campaigns, with a core emphasis on

optimizing for lead volume, quality, and cost‑efficiency (CPL/CPA) .

Establish scalable, repeatable structures for continuous, aggressive testing across funnel stages to maximize lead acquisition.

Create robust forecasting models and budget allocation plans tied directly to projected lead‑generation goals and strategic business objectives.

2. Deep‑Dive Analytics and ROI Reporting

Conduct granular,

bottom‑of‑funnel analysis

of campaign performance, translating complex conversion and attribution data into clear, high‑confidence business decisions for optimization.

Design and manage comprehensive reporting dashboards that focus on lead funnel metrics, articulating clear narratives around performance, ROI, and future growth opportunities for leadership.

Develop and manage a strong testing roadmap focused on creative, audience, and bidding strategies that drive superior lead conversion rates.

3. Creative and Conversion Rate Collaboration

Serve as the primary performance partner to the creative team, providing directive, data‑grounded feedback to ensure all ad concepts are optimized for

lead capture and conversion .

Guide creative strategy based on proven data patterns to maximize the impact of lead‑focused ad units.

Ensure all creative output adheres to platform best practices and aligns directly with aggressive lead‑generation performance goals.

4. Cross‑Functional and Stakeholder Communication

Clearly and effectively communicate large‑scale campaign strategies, lead performance results, and growth recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Collaborate closely with account managers, sales, and leadership to ensure seamless alignment between paid social lead efforts and the overall business pipeline.

Present detailed testing insights, strategic recommendations, and conduct quarterly business reviews focused on lead acquisition performance.

Minimum Qualifications: Proven Lead Generation Scale

4+ years of hands‑on experience managing and successfully scaling paid social campaigns with an explicit, deep focus on lead generation (or direct response).

Proven, verifiable track record of building and scaling performance‑driven social strategies with enterprise‑level budgets ($50K+/month) that consistently achieve aggressive lead‑volume and efficiency goals.

Expert‑level, hands‑on proficiency with core paid social platforms, including

Meta Ads Manager

and

TikTok Ads Manager .

Strong analytical foundation with the ability to swiftly turn complex data on conversion rates, attribution models, and CPL/CPA into confident, high‑stakes business decisions.

Deep understanding of audience segmentation and creative testing methodologies applied to lead generation funnels.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to articulate results, strategy, and next steps to senior stakeholders.

Expert‑level, hands‑on proficiency with core paid social platforms, including

Meta Ads Manager

and

TikTok Ads Manager .

Proficiency in web and campaign analytics platforms like

Google Analytics .

Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as

Asana

and

Monday .

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like

Working knowledge of creative production and asset management tools, including

The pay range for this role is:

95,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Softline HQ)
