We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Remote Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize marketing processes, systems, and performance. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the United States only. The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing leadership to improve operational efficiency, manage marketing technology, and ensure accurate reporting in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize marketing operations, workflows, and processes across campaigns
Oversee marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure marketing performance
Ensure data accuracy, campaign tracking, and reporting consistency
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align goals and execution
Support campaign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Identify and implement process improvements to increase marketing efficiency and ROI
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or marketing management
Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on process optimization
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
