Our client, a large-scale entertainment and events organization, is seeking a Content Manager to support their team. You will manage content for high-impact, turnkey internal and external events, meetings, and conferences at varying levels of scale. The Content Manager role will support Event Production, Project Management, and Digital teams for a large-scale event in 2026. The position is responsible for overseeing content development, tracking, review, approval, version control, and publication across guest communications including email, web, app, and digital platforms. This role requires exceptional organization, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast‑paced event environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end content development, tracking, review, approval, and publication for guest communications (email, web, app, guides, and informational materials) Build, maintain, and optimize content trackers and workflows in partnership with Editorial, Project Management, Legal, Event Production, and other stakeholders Ensure all teams are trained on workflows and adhere to established processes and deadlines Manage intake of listings and information from internal teams and sponsors; review, validate, and transfer data into tracking systems Route content consistently for stakeholder review and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met across all platforms Manage and facilitate change requests, maintaining transparency and version control throughout the process Draft guest-facing informational content as needed, referencing existing materials and event standards Support early creative and UX development for digital platforms and become proficient in the event CMS Manage content uploads, documentation, and version control across digital publishing platforms Collaborate with site and app production teams to ensure timely, accurate content updates Participate in production, planning, and operational meetings; provide clear status updates and flag risks proactively Develop and deliver pre-event, live-event, and post-event documentation, including final reference files and after-action notes Required Qualifications Proven experience managing content workflows for large-scale events, digital platforms, or complex projects Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience working cross-functionally with editorial, legal, production, marketing, and digital teams Ability to manage high volumes of content, deadlines, and change requests simultaneously Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital publishing, and version control best practices Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting guest-facing content Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments Proficiency with content trackers, documentation tools, and collaboration platforms The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
