Overview
We're an auto glass company focused on the brand activation team at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology. We are seeking a Creative Director to lead brand expression, inspire with purpose, and leverage AI‑empowered technology to produce work that is emotionally resonant and technologically advanced.
This position must be located at our home office in Columbus, OH and will be onsite 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Brand Champion: Own the vision and stewardship of all internal and external brand activations, articulating brand voice, visual identity and storytelling.
Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of creative and production specialists, fostering experimentation, excellence and collaboration while adopting new creative technologies.
Collaboration: Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, business leads and leadership to translate strategy into compelling creative campaigns.
Stakeholder Relationships: Manage external creative agency relationships and serve as primary point of contact, ensuring brand‑compliant work.
Brand Adherence: Review and refine creative work, ensuring brand alignment and audience resonance.
Process Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a disciplined process for asset review and production, managing timelines, budgets and approvals.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of creative trends, especially AI‑generated content, immersive media and digital design.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
7–9 years of creative leadership experience with a strong brand‑building portfolio.
Experience in emerging media (AR/VR, generative video, interactive design) preferred.
Background in creative technology or innovation labs preferred.
Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling and audience engagement.
Familiarity with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into impactful executions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfort with data‑driven creative optimization and performance metrics.
Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
