Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to step up into leadership and develop your own design team?

The Role:
Lead, support and develop a team of mechanical designers
Plan and manage project design workload and priorities
Review designs and assemblies to ensure quality and consistency
Contribute to design work as required
Collaborate with project engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams
The Person:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with 2D and 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Leadership experience beneficial but not essential – strong designers looking to move into management are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of power transmission equipment (motors, gearboxes, bearings etc.)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, material handling, or similar environments
