Video Content Creator – Narrative Short Film Specialist

We are Luki Lab, an innovative toy company created by passionate toy creators. As part of the Luki Lab Animation Studios, we produce and market award‑winning toys and games. We need a creative and talented Video Content Creator – Narrative Short Film Specialist to generate engaging original content for our YouTube channel, grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and build a loyal community of followers. This role reports to the Director of Luki Lab Animation Studios.

The primary goal is to produce 3–5 narrative short films (about 2 minutes each) for kids that expand the breadth and variety of our YouTube content, helping fuel channel growth. You will collaborate with our internal creative team to explore new ideas, develop fresh narratives, and bring them to life with charm, clarity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic, engaging, and on‑brand original narrative content for kids.
• Adapt content for different formats/platforms such as YouTube Shorts.
• Write scripts, story outlines, and shooting plans for narrative shorts.
• Operate camera, audio, lighting, and other production tools during shoots.
• Assemble rough cuts, sound design, color correction, and finishing edits.
• Collaborate with the creative director to align content with brand style and voice.
• Brainstorm new story ideas and pitch concepts that support YouTube growth.
• Manage small‑scale productions independently, from pre‑production to delivery.
• Maintain an efficient workflow and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience creating digital platform content (Instagram Stories/IGTV, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline; preference for kids’ entertainment experience.
• Strong creative visual eye and knack for conversational, shareable content.
• Can‑do positive attitude and flexibility with business changes.
• Collaborative, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while communicating.
• Passion for storytelling, social media, kids, and toys is a must.
• Able to pitch and execute innovative, next‑level concepts quickly.
• Script‑writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
• Portfolio demonstrating shareable/imaginative social content, copy, and campaigns.
