• Identify and write Knowledge-Based Articles (KBAs) to improve user experience
• Provide recommendations for enhancing the user experience
• Create presentations for senior executives based on research and recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office 2016 and/or 365 suite for documentation and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience working with senior executives
• Proven ability to create presentations for senior leadership
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2016 and/or 365 suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience writing documentation, not just using Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with tools like WordPress and RightAnswers
• Previous experience in creating user experience recommendations
