We’re looking for a video producer / editor who moves fast, thinks strategically, and wants to see their work directly drive performance.

The Role:

As Video Producer / Editor, you’ll create high-performing video content across our most critical marketing channels (YouTube, Meta, and our website). You’ll partner closely with the Growth Team to ideate, develop, shoot, test, and refine creative concepts. You’ll also manage video assets in our DAM and produce iterations for ongoing optimization. Using product footage, stock assets, and existing content, you’ll craft scroll-stopping videos that engage viewers, drive conversions, and help shape our digital marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept, edit, and produce scroll-stopping YouTube and Meta ads
• Shoot video content as needed at the nursery or on location
• Create engaging video content for our website and landing pages
• Transform product footage, stock, and existing assets into compelling creatives using graphics and animation that align with the brand
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency while keeping content fast-paced and attention-grabbing
• Stay up to date on social, eCommerce, and video trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience creating social media ads, especially for YouTube and Meta
• Experience shooting video to support paid ads and website content
• Strong storytelling and visual instincts that hook viewers quickly
• Comfort iterating based on performance data in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven creative is a plus
