This role will support the operational delivery of campaigns across our paid search program. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of digital advertising at scale, learning from senior execution and strategy leaders while gaining hands-on SEM/paid search experience working in SA360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.Key Responsibilities:Support Managers and Senior Associate with delivery tasks, cross-team handoffs, and campaign launch readiness.* Participate in ongoing training to deepen technical platform skills and compliance knowledge.* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (agency roles preferred). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with digital ad platforms a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Hands-on keyboard agency experience a plus Prior experience working in highly-regulated industries preferred.
