Conference Producer — Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Salary: $70K-$80K + profit sharing

Are you passionate about the energy industry and enjoy creating events that educate, inspire, and bring people together? We're looking for a Conference Producer to design and deliver top-quality conferences, courses, and webinars.

What You'll Do

• Research the latest trends in energy and infrastructure to identify engaging topics
• Turn research into clear, informative programs for industry professionals
• Recruit experts to lead sessions and share knowledge
• Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and attendees
• Manage event logistics on-site, including occasional travel across the U.S.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure programs are effective and well-promoted

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in the energy industry or program development preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel for events
• Denver-based preferred
