Conference Producer

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days in office, some remote flexibility)

Salary: $70K-$80K + profit sharing

Are you passionate about the energy industry and skilled at creating events that educate, inspire, and bring people together? We're looking for a Conference Producer with direct experience in producing conferences, including attendee sales and sponsorship management, preferably in educational or energy industry conferences.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research to identify relevant trends and professional development needs in energy and infrastructure.
• Turn research into commercially viable conference, course, and webinar programs.
• Recruit expert speakers and subject matter experts with confidence and professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and attendees, leveraging prior conference experience.
• Manage on-site event logistics and represent the company – occasional travel across the U.S. required.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure programs are effectively promoted and delivered.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience producing conferences, including attendee sales and sponsorship engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for events.
• Denver-based preferred.
• Experience in educational or energy industry conferences strongly preferred.
