Our portfolio spans ground-up development, real estate syndication, and branded experiences, with a growing emphasis on longevity, wellness, and thoughtfully designed communities. As the company scales, marketing plays a critical role in driving investor demand, supporting sales, and ensuring consistency across multiple projects and audiences.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will serve as a hands-on, execution-focused marketing generalist responsible for owning marketing strategy, execution, and performance across Relevant Partners’ active projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly autonomous, comfortable taking direction and running with it, and confident voicing ideas, insights, and recommendations without being asked. You’ll oversee marketing across email, social, events, paid campaigns, and vendor partnerships, while managing a Marketing Associate and collaborating closely with leadership.
The ultimate goal of this role is to drive measurable growth in engagement, lead quality, and conversion across multiple audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns in support of active and upcoming projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities, surface insights, and recommend strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Management
- Own email marketing strategy across newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows.
- Develop and optimize lifecycle and nurture programs for investors, partners, and prospects.
- Ensure email programs are well-segmented, thoughtfully messaged, and performance-driven.

Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular performance reporting and readouts across all marketing channels.
- Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
Team & Vendor Management
- Oversee and manage a Marketing Associate, providing direction, feedback, and accountability.
- Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with objectives.
- Act as a central point of coordination for marketing execution across teams and stakeholders.
