Junior Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team with data analysis, reporting, and insights. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking marketing performance, analyzing customer behavior, and helping optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various channels.
Assist in tracking campaign performance across digital and offline platforms.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key marketing metrics.
Support market research and competitor analysis.
Help identify trends, patterns, and insights in customer data.
Work with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM systems.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic project experience in marketing analytics.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
