Starting compensation is
$75,000 , with flexibility to pay more based on experience, plus benefits.
This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Job Summary The Ecommerce & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end customer journey across the website, email, and SMS channels. This role is responsible for driving e‑commerce revenue through promotional strategy, lifecycle marketing, and onsite merchandising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, with a strong understanding of how campaigns, lifecycle flows, and onsite experiences work together to convert and retain customers. This position works closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams to execute impactful e‑commerce initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Own onsite merchandising strategy, including homepage, landing pages, collections, and promotional placements.
Plan and execute promotional calendars including sales, gift‑with‑purchase offers, bundles, and limited‑time promotions.
Align onsite content and merchandising with email and SMS campaigns.
Monitor onsite performance metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and customer behavior.
Execute and QA site updates tied to marketing campaigns and promotions.
Own email and SMS campaign setup, scheduling, execution, and QA using Klaviyo.
Define and manage promotional cadence across launches, sales, and seasonal moments.
Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle flows including welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, replenishment, and win‑back.
Segment audiences to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
Manage Shopify to support ecommerce marketing initiatives.
Maintain integrations with ecommerce and marketing tools.
Support light site updates required for marketing execution.
Identify site issues impacting conversion and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Track and report on ecommerce and lifecycle performance including revenue, engagement, and retention metrics.
Use insights to refine promotional strategy, cadence, and customer journeys.
Support testing initiatives across campaigns, flows, and onsite experiences.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing for a consumer or DTC brand.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.
Experience managing email and SMS campaigns and lifecycle flows.
Strong understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimization.
High attention to detail with strong execution and QA discipline.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
