Responsibilities:
• Develop, negotiate, and implement media buying strategies across various channels, including print, digital, radio, television, and social media.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends and audience behavior to identify optimal media opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors to secure favorable rates and added-value opportunities.
• Track campaign performance metrics and suggest adjustments to maximize effectiveness and meet key performance indicators.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep media strategies innovative and competitive.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and accountability in media operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media plans with broader marketing objectives and brand goals.
• Analyze competitive media campaigns to identify market opportunities and refine buying strategies.
• Create detailed reports to summarize campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights for future planning.• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on media buying experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Strong expertise in planning and executing both regional and national media buying strategies.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage media buys across traditional and digital platforms effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with luxury brands or real estate marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
