We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join a thriving home improvement organization. This role is perfect for someone with a strong focus on paid search and a passion for optimizing performance marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in managing campaigns, enhancing lead generation, and driving measurable results across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Execute, optimize, and scale paid digital marketing campaigns on a daily basis.

• Develop and refine campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and native advertising channels

• Analyze and resolve issues related to campaign performance, including targeting, structure, creative assets, tracking, and budget allocation.

• Monitor and assess campaign pacing, conversion rates, and other performance metrics across channels.

• Utilize Google Analytics to evaluate user behavior, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal creative teams to align messaging and promotional offers.

• Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of ad copy, creative elements, audience targeting, and landing pages.

• Deliver actionable reports and insights to leadership, ensuring transparency and effectiveness.

• Manage and allocate a large performance marketing budget, historically exceeding $1.5M annually

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in B2C performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to personally manage paid media campaigns.
• Familiarity with industries such as home improvement, construction, or service-based local businesses is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign data and drive improvements.
• Experience with lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and leadership teams.
