📍 Carol Stream, IL (moving to a new Bartlett facility)

🕒 Direct Hire | 💲 $29–$34/hr + OT

⏰ 5:00 AM–5:00 PM | 4 days one week / 3 days the next (built-in OT)

We’re hiring a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead film extrusion operations during an exciting facility expansion. This is a floor-level leadership role with strong growth potential as the team transitions into a brand-new plant with new equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily film extrusion operations (extruders, winders, haul-offs)
• Supervise operators and maintenance support
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• Coordinate changeovers and production schedules
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Coach and develop team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years in plastic film extrusion
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
