We’re on the hunt for a driven and resourceful Business Development Representative to join the Overwolf Brand Partnerships team, helping us expand our reach with top brands and agencies while fueling our growing ecosystem of creator-powered experiences.
As a Brand Partnerships Business Development Representative, your mission is to build and qualify a strong pipeline of brand and agency opportunities, support the team with sharp research and thoughtful outreach, and help drive new businesses into our creator economy. This role is open to candidates based in New York.
Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Build and qualify a strong pipeline of brand and agency prospects across entertainment, consumer products, gaming, lifestyle, retail, hardware, and more
Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and deliver high-quality contact discovery to support Brand Partnerships sellers
Execute targeted outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn to generate interest and book high-intent intro meetings
Support sellers by preparing account briefs, uncovering opportunities, and surfacing relevant brand activity in the creator and gaming space
Maintain exceptionally clean Salesforce tracking, logging all outreach, updating contacts, and ensuring full visibility across units including Brand Partnerships, Nitro, CurseForge for Studios, Apps, and Tebex
Conduct category and vertical research to identify new opportunities and help shape future go-to-market efforts
Assist with conference and event activities, including attendee research, pre-event outreach, and follow-up communication
Serve as the connective layer between inbound signals, outbound discovery, and opportunity qualification
Battle ancient dragons or befriend them through strategic partnerships and claim their magical loot
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnerships
Experience in gaming, advertising, or tech is a strong advantage
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover key contacts, identify trends, and spot opportunities within complex organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft smart, concise outreach that resonates with brands and agencies
High attention to detail and strong ownership of CRM hygiene and reporting
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and supporting different seller styles and workflows
Proactive, independent, and highly organized, thriving in fast-moving environments
Strong interest in gaming, creator economies, advertising, or brand partnerships
Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and eagerness to learn the Brand Partnerships craft
