Account Executive – BIM & Construction Services
ENG, a leading BIM company serving architects, engineers, and owners, is looking for an experienced Account Executive based in the U.S. with 5‑10 years in the Construction/BIM/VDC industry.
The role focuses on selling MEP Modeling and Coordination services, networking with General Contractors and MEP subcontractors, and developing long‑term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop business by expanding relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to achieve mutual value.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Monitor sales performance metrics and propose improvements.
Stay current with industry developments and competitor activities.
Travel 1–3 times a month, for several days at a time (≈40% of the role).
Mandatory Requirements
Proven B2B sales success in a senior account executive or similar role.
5–10 years of experience in Construction, BIM, or VDC industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
