Overview Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. We leverage our Customer Generation methodology to deliver SQLs and customers to B2B clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a collection of social media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment and quality.

Build client strategies every quarter and maintain campaign budgets.

Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives.

Deeply understand client positioning and value propositions.

Confirm lead routing accuracy within CRM.

Manage personal productivity and utilization.

Collaborate with Associate Director to meet client and internal goals.

Optimize programmatic and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including copy, TAM development and targeting.

Drive cross‑sell, upsell, and referral opportunities.

What You Bring

4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.

Deep expertise in paid social, especially LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (conversation, document, CTV, etc.).

Proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense.

Strong delegation skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Comprehensive understanding of paid advertising principles.

Data‑driven decision making using analytics tools.

Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.

Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

Excellent communication and storytelling with data.

Problem‑solving mindset and passion for industry cutting edge.

Organized, prioritization and multitasking abilities.

Travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed.

Manage about five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.

Exceed KPIs such as client NSMs and satisfaction scores.

Build trust and secure consistent renewals.

Cross‑sell aligned services to meet client goals.

Communicate results effectively to client executives.

Make strategic decisions that drive performance.

Base salary range: $85,000–$95,000 USD.
