Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day property operations and resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management).
Maintain property P&L and marketing in accordance with company standards.
Deliver an excellent customer service experience and meet client expectations.
Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
Create a positive workplace climate with shared vision, coaching, and development.
Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
Understand and apply operations guidelines within the property‑management agreement.
Respond to resident complaints, serve as liaison with corporate office regarding common‑area maintenance and enforcement of landlord rules.
Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
Organize and implement emergency evacuation plans and disaster recovery.
Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk‑management initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two‑to‑three years of property‑management experience required.
One‑to‑two years of direct management experience required.
Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
Real‑estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager (or equivalent) preferred.
Skills and Requirements
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to handle confidential matters with sensitivity.
Self‑directed, prioritizes effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear technical communication, accurate and detailed.
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
Proficiency with general office equipment (telephone, fax, printer, copier, key‑track system).
Exceptional customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
