Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food products.
Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food.
Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to the needs of the business.
Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and provide attention to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high‑quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply them in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Food service experience.
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
