The role involves managing sites in Las Vegas, Nashville, and Washington, D.C., coordinating with customers, project managers, shipping departments, installers, and specialty vendors. Duties and Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural and millwork shop drawings effectively. Perform quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and AWI standards. Serve as the onsite safety coordinator, investigating and reporting accidents, injuries, and near-misses. Attend daily/weekly site meetings as required. Conduct field measurements and create templates for accurate fabrication. Meet with subcontractors to track progress and ensure the project stays on schedule. Manage multiple jobsites at various stages of completion. Communicate effectively with field personnel and project management. Ensure quality control of work on-site. Create pre-punch lists and oversee their completion. Coordinate punch list requirements with project management and subcontractors. Maintain client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Analyze job site production relative to the schedule and provide feedback to the project manager. Additional Details
