The most ideal candidate will have experience managing, developing and motivating a team, implementing sales plans, brand management, developing and maintaining key account relationships as well as performing various administrative duties. Previous experience in beer or beverage distribution sales is highly preferred for the position.
Specific Duties: • Direct, supervise, train, evaluate and develop representatives within division. • Educate staff to build/improve product knowledge. • Oversee the development of sales plans, quotas, supplier and profit goals and methods to achieve those goals. • Monitor the market to ensure brand standards are being executed. • Maintain an active role in building key account business relationships and new account openings. • Consistently survey market conditions to create and/or improve business. • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with problem accounts. • Abide by Company and legal policies governing the industry. • Overall responsibility for division sales reporting and master route scheduling.
Position Requirements: • Sales Management with experience motivating a sales team • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • Previous effective Brand Management • Beer distribution experience preferred, but not required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Technology experience using MS Office package and mobile devices • Ability to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin with occasional overnight travel The expected pay range for this role is $58,140 - $96,672. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
