- Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities
- Shared coverage (1:3 or better) primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
- No inpatient rounding no dedicated pediatric unit
- Clinic hours: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 5 PM Friday, 8 AM 12 PM (Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)
- Patient volume: 25 per day
- Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)
