Territory Representative - Fort Worth, TX Benjamin Moore is currently looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to join our sales team. You will be accountable for delivering sustainable and profitable sales and market share growth in your territory and will lead the implementation of product placement, programs, and services within your assigned stores. The territory includes West Dallas–Fort Worth and the surrounding areas, and the ideal candidate will be based within a 30‑mile radius of Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

Develop and cultivate relationships for new business and existing accounts to increase profitability and sales growth.

Leverage professional, solution‑based selling skills to meet customer needs using provided tools.

Seek and qualify new business in accordance with company account stratification goals.

Research customer business needs and develop product and service mixes to meet demands.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience; a college degree preferred (paint experience not required).

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Willingness and ability to travel within the region and work evenings/weekends as necessary.

Daily travel within the territory and up to 25% overnight trips.

Residence within the territory.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation Philosophy Benjamin Moore provides a comprehensive total rewards package, including a competitive base salary, performance‑based annual raises, and a bonus structure. The salary range for this role is USD $72,000.00 – USD $110,000.00 per year, with further consideration based on experience and qualifications.
