Job Summary Benjamin Moore & Co is looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to join our sales team. The candidate will deliver sustainable and profitable sales, grow market share in the territory, and lead product placement, programs, and services within assigned stores. The ideal candidate resides in or near Salt Lake City, within a reasonable commuting distance to service the Northern Utah territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and cultivate relationships for new business and existing accounts to increase profitability and sales growth.

Drive, orchestrate, and close opportunities with key partners, producing transformative business outcomes.

Leverage professional solution‑based selling skills and provided tools to meet customer needs.

Seek and qualify new business in accordance with company account stratification goals.

Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet demands.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, listening, and public speaking skills.

People‑person who thrives building relationships and forging strong business relationships.

High degree of self‑discipline, organization, and effective time management.

Accountable, self‑motivated, comfortable with autonomy.

Teamwork ability and persistence when dealing with customers and company departments.

Drive outcomes and meet expectations, follow‑up and provide feedback.

Exceptional interpersonal skills; confident, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.

Analyze situations and identify opportunities for success.

Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

1+ years field sales experience; college degree preferred.

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Willingness & ability to travel within region; work evenings/weekends as necessary.

Travel daily within territory and up to 25% overnight trips.

Reside within the territory.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation Philosophy Competitive base salary, performance‑based annual raise and bonus. Salary range: USD $72,000.00 – USD $110,000.00 per year.
