Overview
Our client, a life sciences and diagnostics company, is actively hiring a Sales Support Representative to join their team in Kennesaw, GA. This role will be fully onsite. This position is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits. Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities
Coordinating and collaborating with groups within the organization (lab scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, outside sales, and more) to meet customer needs. Be the main contact for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, including sales, technical support, customer service, CRM data entry, and pre/post-sales marketing activities. Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, sales, or customer experience Experience with order management/ERP software, ideally Sage Experience working within life sciences is a plus Company and EEO
