*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered* In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of customer orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system while supporting a high-volume order environment and delivering excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing Accurately enter and process 150–200 customer orders daily Manage electronic order processing and exception handling across multiple platforms Communicate with customers via phone and email to verify order details and provide availability and delivery updates Support inbound customer requests related to orders, shipments, and invoices Identify discrepancies that could impact on-time delivery and proactively resolve issues Generate and share order-entry performance reports and daily progress updates Escalate customer concerns appropriately to management when needed Provide ongoing order-entry support to the Customer Care team Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple ordering platforms Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information Participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas that improve processes and performance Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of high-volume order or data entry experience (150–200 xywuqvp daily) Experience working with ERP systems Experience working with CRM systems Experience with EDI order processing Experience supporting multiple order-source platforms Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong 10-key data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to de-escalate customer issues with professionalism and empathy Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
