is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a reputable logistics client in Cartersville, GA. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and excellent service delivery. Contract to hire opportunity. Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and inventory. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve order or delivery issues. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Track shipments and follow up on discrepancies or delays. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Provide professional, timely, and courteous customer support. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS & SAP experience) High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED required Schedule & Compensation:
