E-Commerce Senior Manager
Located on‑site in Nassau County, Long Island, the E‑Commerce Senior Manager will join Engage Partners Inc. to blend strategic direction with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Role Summary The E‑Commerce Senior Manager will lead day‑to‑day digital operations, optimize sales performance, and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. You’ll ensure that campaigns, channel operations, and reporting flow seamlessly while shaping long‑term digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Execution & Reporting
Track daily sales and margin performance by channel
Deliver weekly dashboards to leadership and Finance
Surface variances and recommend actions around pricing, inventory, and promotions
Project & Launch Management
Oversee the product launch calendar across Amazon, DTC, and Retail.com
Ensure assets, pricing, and inventory are ready for launch
Align timelines with Brand and Creative teams
Operational Control
Partner with KDC and 3PL teams to ensure order accuracy and on‑time delivery
Monitor returns, chargebacks, and customer feedback for ongoing optimization
Oversee SKU setup, catalog updates, and system data integrity (ADP/ERP)
Team Support & People Development
Mentor junior team members and support their growth
Serve as acting lead when the Director is out, representing the team cross‑functionally
Partner with HR on training and recruitment needs
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow or automation enhancements
Lead testing and adoption of new reporting, CMS, or operational tools
Qualifications
7 years of experience in E‑Commerce or Digital Retail Operations
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital ecosystems
Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and reporting abilities
Success Profile
