Job Description - Assist in managing day-to-day site operations for a $100M multifamily project
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Support procurement, logistics, and permitting processes
- Participate in trade meetings and resolve field conflicts
- Maintain accurate project documentation in Procore
- Communicate progress updates to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily experience
- Strong understanding of wood-frame construction and high-end finishes
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Suite
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite and manage multiple priorities
