An academic hospital in the Greater New York City area is seeking a Hospitalist for a Monday through Friday teaching role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, academic environment while mentoring and educating residents. Job Description:
Compensation : $190000 - $210000 Job ID : 38400

Job Function:

• Openings due to expansion at a growing institution.
• Strong academic environment with medical students, externs and residency program, residency teaching will be an essential part of the role.
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 8-4/9-5 with no evenings or overnights.
• Closed ICU with no codes (intensivists manage) and no procedures.
• Receive extra compensation for any weekends or holiday time.

Job Requirements:

• Active NY License.
• Residency Training in Internal Medicine.
• Board Eligibility or Board Certification Required.
