Extra Care Summer Day Camp Director Parks & Recreation

The Ferndale Parks and Recreation Department is seeking caring, energetic, and responsible individuals to serve as Extra Care Counselors for its state-licensed Summer Day Camp program. Extra Care Counselors support the Morning and After Care programs by creating a safe, welcoming, and relaxed environment for campers outside of regular camp hours. Counselors engage campers in light, age-appropriate activities, assist with daily transitions, and ensure the well-being of all participants. Employment Period: June 2, 2026 through August 14, 2026.
