Transaction Coordinator
to join our Commitment+ team! As a Transaction Coordinator, you are the go-to person for our borrowers and help provide them with the best-in-class customer service in a timely manner; no two days are the same. At

We’re here to help build those homes, one project at a time. What You’ll Do
Gather documentation, perform data entry, reconcile budgets, manage draws, and oversee servicing portfolio management daily. Review, analyze, and process loan draws for construction projects, order inspections, disburse funds, review invoices, lien waivers, and budgets. Manage loan maturity dates, process extensions and modifications to keep the servicing portfolio current. Review account history, coordinate with borrowers to keep accounts up to date, collect payments on past due accounts, and recommend actions for non-responsive borrowers. Flag exceptions and borrower concerns to the asset management team, and place loans on the watch list as needed. Provide excellent servicing to borrowers, including communication and updates on draws, and proactively coach borrowers on submission tools. Coordinate third-party services such as appraisals, titles, flood determinations, etc. Communicate with loan officers and borrowers via telephone and email, requesting documentation, answering questions, and providing status updates. Order and review inspection reports, date downs, or lien searches. Clear post-funding conditions related to draw processing. Requirements
Experience working with top hundred builders nationwide is required. Three to five years of construction draw experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly. High accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and resolve discrepancies effectively. Benefits
