National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is an industry‑changing motorhome service facility. Since 2009, we have opened six locations across the United States, including Lewisville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix, and Washington, DC.
We are looking for an experienced “Combo Man” Paint & Body Technician to join our growing team. The role involves repairing, restoring, and repainting damaged RVs using a variety of tools and materials.
Compensation: $30–$40 per flat rate hour. Schedule: Monday‑Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.
Repair RV body damage using tools such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
Replace or repair damaged parts such as windows, doors, and trim.
Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the RV’s finish.
Test repaired systems to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair (preferred).
Knowledge of different types of RV body construction.
Skilled in using hammers, grinders, welding equipment, and paint mixing techniques.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Working Conditions
Primarily conducted on‑site at the service shop.
May require extended standing, walking, bending, lifting, or working in tight spaces or at heights.
May involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
May require working weekends or holidays.
