National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is an industry‑changing motorhome service facility that sells, services, stores, and washes luxury motorhomes. Opened in 2009, we now operate six locations including Lewisville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix, and Washington, D.C.
About the Role The Paint & Body Technician is responsible for repairing, restoring, and repainting damaged RVs. Candidates must understand various RV body constructions and be skilled in using hammers, grinders, welding equipment, and paint systems to return vehicles to their original condition. This is a Monday‑Friday position with a flat‑rate hourly pay of $30‑$40.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect damaged RVs and assess repair requirements.
Repair body damage using tools such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
Replace or repair damaged parts (windows, doors, trim).
Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the existing finish.
Test repaired systems to ensure proper function.
Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred.
Knowledge of different RV body constructions.
Skilled in using hammers, grinders, welding equipment, and paint‑matching techniques.
Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Working Conditions
Work primarily conducted on‑site at the service shop.
May involve extended standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy equipment.
May require working in tight spaces or at heights.
Exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals possible.
Work may include weekends or holidays.
