Paint & Body Technician
to join our team.
Job Summary As a Paint & Body Technician, you will repair, restore, and repaint damaged RVs, ensuring they return to their original condition. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with a flat‑rate hourly wage of $30‑$40.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.
Repair RV body damage using tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
Replace or repair damaged RV parts such as windows, doors, and trim.
Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the RV's finish.
Test repaired systems to ensure they function properly.
Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred.
Knowledge of different types of RV body construction.
Skilled in using a variety of tools and materials, including welding equipment.
Knowledge of paint mixing and matching techniques.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Working Conditions
Work is primarily conducted on‑site at the service shop.
May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects.
May require working in tight spaces or at heights.
May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals.
May require working weekends or holidays.
