Position Overview We’re seeking experienced solo CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated fleet offering high pay, consistent miles, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active while handling freight and want the security of a reliable, supported route. Freight type: Dry freight — hand unloaded using rollers. Average loads: 2 per week. Average weekly miles: 1,750. Activity level: Active — ideal for drivers who enjoy hands‑on work.
Compensation & Pay Average weekly pay: $1,700. Top weekly pay: $2,146. Average annualized earnings: $88,400. Top annualized earnings: $111,592. Pay structure: CPM + Load Pay + Safe & On‑Time Mileage Bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay). Reliable, year‑round dedicated freight.
Schedule & Home Time Home weekly — 34‑hour reset. Consistent routes and predictable scheduling. Flexible hours as required by route and freight needs.
Equipment Late‑model sleeper trucks. Assigned equipment — trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers coordinate with management to park trucks safely and securely.
