Position Overview We are seeking experienced solo CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated fleet offering high pay, consistent miles, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active and combining driving with hands‑on work.

Freight Details

Freight Type:

Dry freight — hand unloaded using rollers

Average Loads:

2–4 per week

Average Stops:

3–4 stops per load

Activity Level:

Active — perfect for drivers who want hands‑on work along with driving

Compensation & Pay

Average weekly pay: $2,024

Top weekly pay: $2,560

Average annualized earnings: $105,263

Top annualized earnings: $133,137

Hourly rates: $29–$31 depending on experience

Safe & On‑Time Bonus

Schedule & Home Time

Home weekly — 34‑hour reset

Days off vary based on freight demands

Includes both day and night shifts

Holiday season may impact time off; flexible scheduling during peak periods

Equipment

Late‑model sleeper trucks

Assigned equipment — trucks cannot be taken home if outside of authorized parking

Drivers must have a safe and secure location for truck parking if they live more than 50 miles from the fleet terminal

Qualifications
