This is a remote position. We are currently looking for a talented Prospecting Specialist to join our team. As a Prospecting Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, generating new leads, and establishing a strong customer base to drive the growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities

Follow the company's values, vision, and mission. Conduct proactive research and utilize various sources, such as online research, social media, trade shows, and databases, to generate new business prospects. Carefully evaluate and qualify prospects based on their fit with the company's products or services and their potential as long-term clients. Initiate initial contact with potential prospects via phone, email, or digital channels to build strong relationships and stimulate interest in the offered products or services. Develop meaningful and trustful relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and presenting tailored solutions to address their specific requirements. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design effective prospecting strategies that align with the company's objectives. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects, consistently updating the database with relevant information and ensuring regular follow-up. Work closely with the sales team to meet established prospecting goals and targets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Requirements

Strong experience in sales, prospecting, or related roles, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Results-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve prospecting objectives. Familiarity with prospecting tools and techniques, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing automation tools, is a plus. Outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and work effectively as part of a team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and prospecting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and discipline to ensure accurate and flawless prospecting execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under time pressure. Adaptability to changing priorities, proactive troubleshooting, and a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage time and priorities efficiently.
